The Associate of Accountancy Study Program of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Mataram, has officially been awarded an “Excellent” Accreditation Rating, based on the Decree of the Independent Accreditation Agency for Economics, Management, Business, and Accounting (LAMEMBA) Number 2615/DE/A.5/AR.10/VIII/2025. This rating is valid for five years, from August 1, 2025, to August 1, 2030.

The “Excellent” rating represents the highest achievement in the national accreditation system, indicating that the Associate of Accountancy Study Program has comprehensively met the quality standards of higher education. The assessment covers various key aspects, including academic governance, a curriculum aligned with industry needs, the competence and qualifications of lecturers, the availability of supporting learning facilities and infrastructure, as well as learning outcomes and graduate competitiveness.

This achievement not only reflects the program’s commitment to maintaining and improving the quality of education in the field of accounting but also serves as recognition of the dedication and motivation of the entire academic community of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Mataram—particularly the Associate of Accountancy Study Program—along with the support of alumni and partners from the business and industrial sectors.

It is also expected that this “Excellent” accreditation rating will help sustain and enhance the quality of graduates—producing associate experts in accounting who are honest, professional, and adaptive, capable of competing in the job market—while strengthening cooperative relationships with various institutions.
