Associate Program
The associate program is a level of higher education at the UNRAM Faculty of Economics and Business which has a study duration of three years (six semesters), no later than five years, with a study weight of 108 credits. The final assignment which is a requirement for graduation from the D3 level is not much different from other diplomas, namely completing work practices and also scientific work reports.
The curriculum used by third diploma program students prioritizes student skills or abilities. For this reason, the weight of practical learning is greater than theory. Graduates of three diploma level students receive an A.Md or Associate Expert education degree.
- The Associate of Accountancy (A.Md.Ak.)
In 1997, based on Unram Chancellor’s Decree No. 3832/J18.H/HK.01.11/1997 concerning the implementation of the Diploma III Accounting Study Program at the Faculty of Economics, University of Mataram, then in the 1997/1998 academic year it began accepting new students, but in 1998/1999 the acceptance of new students was postponed because they had to wait for permission from the Director General of Higher Education. Through the Decree of the Director General of Higher Education No. 146/DIKTI/Kep/2000, dated 12 May 2000, it was stated that the Diploma III Study Program in Accounting and Taxation, Faculty of Economics, University of Mataram was officially approved for its establishment.

- The Associate of Taxation (A.Md.Pjk.)
The Associate of Taxation Program at the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Mataram, was proposed for its establishment in 1997 by the Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business (Drs.H.Mar’i Fauzi, MS) to the Chancellor University of Mataram. The Chancellor of Mataram University forwarded the proposal to the Director General of Higher Education. Based on the Chancellor’s Decree Number: 381/J18.H/HK.01.11/1997 dated 6 May 1997, concerning the implementation of the associate of Taxation program, the associate Taxation program has begun accepting new students. Based on Dikti Decree Number: 146/DIKTI/Kep/2000 dated 12 May concerning the Implementation of the associate of Taxation Program at the University of Mataram, the associate Study Program in Taxation at the University of Mataram was officially established. Based on the Decree of the National Accreditation Board for Higher Education Number: 466/SK/BAN-PT/Akred/Dpl-III/XII/2014 concerning the Status, Ranking and Accreditation Results of associate Programs in Higher Education, the associate of Taxation Program Accreditation Status with Rank B. And in 2020 associate of Taxation Accreditation Status with Rank B based on the Decision of the National Accreditation Board for Higher Education Number: BAN – PT No. 4410/SK/BAN/Akred/Dipl-III/VIII/2020.

The Associate of Tourism Program Study, Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Mataram opened on August 6 2001 and was held in accordance with the Decree of the Director General of DIKTI Number: 2612/D/T/2001. In 2022, the associate of Tourism Study Program will be 21 years old. The Diploma III Tourism Study Program or also often called D3 Tourism Unram is the only Tourism Diploma Program in West Nusa Tenggara which has state status under the Ministry of Education and Culture, Research, and Technology (Kemendikbudristek). Currently, the associate of Tourism Study Program has 2 regular concentrations, namely the Tourist Travel Business (UPW) concentration and the Hotel and Restaurant (HR) concentration, as well as 1 concentration which is a collaborative program, namely Airports.
