Mataram, 3 February 2025 – Three new vice deans of the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) at the University of Mataram were officially inaugurated in the Senate Meeting Room of the Rectorate Building.

The inauguration, attended and witnessed by the Rector, Senate Chair, Vice Rectors, Bureau Heads, Deans, Institutional Heads, the Director of the University Hospital, the Director of the Postgraduate Program, UPA Chair, and other officials, is expected to mark a new chapter for the Faculty of Economics and Business in fostering innovation and achieving greater accomplishments.

The three inaugurated vice deans are Embun Suryani, SE, M.Si., Ph.D. (Vice Dean I for Academic Affairs), Baiq Anggun Hilendri Lestari, SE., Ak., M.Si. (Vice Dean II for General Affairs and Finance), and Lalu Muhammad Furkan, SE., MM., Ph.D. (Vice Dean III for Student Affairs and Alumni). They were sworn in by Prof. Ir. Bambang Hari Kusumo, M.Agr.St., Ph.D., the Rector of the University of Mataram, and will serve for the 2025–2029 term.

The Rector also extended his congratulations to the newly appointed officials and emphasized that the institution’s success depends on a strong work ethic and commitment to fulfilling their responsibilities.

This inauguration marks a hopeful beginning for the Faculty of Economics and Business at the University of Mataram. With new enthusiasm and strong leadership, the faculty aims to achieve continued success and excellence, enhancing the university’s standing as a superior, innovative, and competitive institution at both the national and international levels.
