Mataram – The Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Mataram (FEB UNRAM) is holding a Mandarin Class specifically for education personnel as part of a human resource capacity building program. This activity officially started on April 17, 2025 and is scheduled to take place routinely every Thursday at 14.00 WITA.

This program is a form of FEB UNRAM’s commitment to equipping education personnel with foreign language skills, especially Mandarin, which is increasingly relevant in the era of globalization. This class presents a direct teacher from Shangrao Normal University, China, namely Mrs. Ma Bin (Laoshi), who interactively guides participants in understanding the basics of Mandarin.

The active classroom atmosphere and enthusiasm of the participants are positive indicators of the usefulness of this activity. In addition to improving cross-language communication skills, this Mandarin Class also opens up opportunities for international academic collaboration in the future.

FEB UNRAM continues to strive to create an adaptive, competitive, and globally-minded academic environment through various competency development programs for the entire academic community.
