Mataram, August 13, 2025 – The Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Mataram (FEB Unram) held a Workshop on Academic Performance Improvement at the FEB Unram Theater Hall. This event serves as one of the faculty’s strategic efforts to enhance the quality of learning, strengthen academic excellence, and prepare human resources that are adaptive to the challenges of higher education in the era of globalization.

The workshop was attended by all lecturers from various study programs within FEB Unram. It was led directly by the Vice Dean I for Academic Affairs, Prof. Embun Suryani, SE., M.Si., Ph.D, who delivered guidance and materials on strategies for improving academic performance, covering topics such as learning innovation, curriculum strengthening, enhancement of research quality and scientific publications, as well as optimization of academic advising.

The program was conducted interactively, starting with a presentation session followed by group discussions. Lecturers were given the opportunity to share ideas, challenges, and solutions that could be implemented within their respective study programs. In addition, the workshop produced an action plan that will serve as a guide for improving academic performance in the upcoming semester.

Through this workshop, FEB Unram aims to solidify its role as a higher education institution that excels academically, remains responsive to the development of science and technology, and contributes significantly to the progress of society and the region.
