The Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) of Mataram University Holds Technical Guidance on Document Administration to Improve Academic and Non-Academic Governance

Mataram, August 20, 2025 – The Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB), University of Mataram, held a Technical Guidance (Bimtek) on Activity Document Administration on Wednesday, August 20, 2025, at the FEB Senate Meeting Room. This program is part of the faculty’s efforts to enhance effectiveness, efficiency, and accountability in managing academic and non-academic activity documents.
The session was led by Vice Dean II for Finance and General Affairs of FEB Unram, Bq. Anggung Hilendri Lestari, S.E., M.Si., Ak., CA. In her remarks, she emphasized the importance of well-structured, systematic, and standardized document administration to support transparency and ensure the smooth implementation of various faculty activities.
The technical guidance was attended by lecturers, education staff, and administrative staff directly involved in managing faculty activities. The materials presented included procedures for preparing activity documents, administrative reporting standards, and proper archiving methods in accordance with regulations.
Through this program, FEB Unram reaffirms its commitment to strengthening faculty administrative governance to become more adaptive, professional, and capable of supporting the university’s vision of producing excellent graduates and building a competitive institution.
