Faculty of Economics and Business, Pakuan University, Bogor Conducts Benchmarking of Educational Personnel with Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Mataram
Mataram, September 3, 2024 – In an effort to improve the quality of educational staff, the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) of Pakuan University conducted a benchmarking activity with the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Mataram. The activity, which took place at The Gade Creative Lounge FEB, University of Mataram, went smoothly with a series of discussion sessions, exchange of experiences, and various presentations focused on human resource management in the university environment. This activity was attended by leaders and administrators from both parties, where both faculties shared strategies and innovations in managing educational staff. This includes discussions on competency development, increasing operational efficiency, and strengthening the role of educational staff in supporting the quality of education in each institution. FEB Pakuan University came with the hope of gaining new insights and strengthening the network of cooperation between universities. On the other hand, FEB University of Mataram welcomed the opportunity to share knowledge and best practices that have been implemented so far. The exchange of information that occurred during this event is expected to strengthen the management strategy and administration of educational staff in both institutions, creating a more productive and conducive environment. FEB University of Mataram also stated that this activity opens the door for deeper collaboration between the two faculties, not only in terms of managing educational staff, but also in various other academic and non-academic aspects. This collaboration is seen as a strategic step to strengthen the quality of education and services in each faculty environment. The event ended with a souvenir handover procession between the two parties as a symbol of appreciation and recognition for the cooperation that has been established. FEB Universitas Pakuan and FEB University of Mataram are committed to continuing to build closer and more sustainable relationships, in order to achieve common goals in advancing higher education in Indonesia. With this benchmarking activity, it is hoped that new innovations will be created in the management of educational staff that can support improving the quality of education and services in higher education. This collaboration not only has a positive impact on both institutions, but also on the world of higher education as a whole, by creating a better environment for educational staff and students.
