Continuing Professional Education: Renewal of PPH 21 Proof of Cut, SPT Form & E-Bupot PPH Pasal 21/26

The Faculty of Economics & Business, University of Mataram (FEB Unram) hosted continuing professional education activities aimed at increasing understanding of taxation, especially regarding Income Tax (PPh) Articles 21 to 26. This event was held on Thursday, 19 February 2024, in the Room FEB Unram Main Session.

This activity is the result of collaboration between FEB Unram and the Indonesian Accountants Association (IAI), which aims to provide in-depth understanding and the latest information regarding the renewal of PPh 21, proof of withholding, SPT forms, and E-Bupot PPh Article 21/26 which came into effect on 1 January 2024.

In his remarks, the Dean of the Faculty of Economics & Business, University of Mataram, DR. Ihsan Ro’is., M.Si, emphasized the importance of this event in preparing graduates who are ready to compete and be professionals in the field of accounting and taxation. “This activity is part of FEB Unram’s efforts to continue to improve the quality of education and produce graduates who are able to answer challenges in the world of work,” he said.

Participants who attended this activity were lecturers and students from the accounting department, who actively took part in discussions and understanding sessions on the material presented. They also have the opportunity to ask questions directly to resource persons who are experts in their fields.

It is hoped that this activity can make a positive contribution in increasing students’ understanding of taxation and preparing them to become reliable and competent professionals in the future.

Professional education activities on taxation organized by FEB Unram, in collaboration with IAI, are concrete steps in improving the quality of education and student preparation in the fields of accounting and taxation. It is hoped that this spirit of collaboration will continue to support the development of quality human resources in Indonesia.
