BRI x Mataram University Campus Hiring: Career Opportunities through the BRILiaN Internship Program – Frontliner (Teller)
Tuesday, June 3, 2025 – Mataram University once again demonstrated its commitment to bridging the worlds of education and work through a Campus Hiring event in collaboration with PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. The event was held to recruit potential young talent for the BRILiaN Internship Program – Frontliner (Teller).
The event, held in the Theater Hall of the Faculty of Economics and Business at Mataram University, was attended by the First Vice Rector of Mataram University, Prof. Dr. Sitti Hilyana, M.Si., and representatives from the Operational Management of BRI Mataram Branch, Muhammad Rizky Akil.
The event began with opening remarks from Prof. Dr. Sitti Hilyana, M.Si., who expressed appreciation for this collaboration and her hope that Unram students and alumni would make the most of this opportunity.
“We warmly welcome BRI’s participation in this Campus Hiring event. This is a concrete example of collaboration between the academic world and the professional world in preparing graduates who are ready to compete. We hope that through the BRILiaN Internship Program, Unram students and alumni can gain direct experience in the professional world, particularly in the banking sector,” she stated.
Furthermore, she emphasized the importance of building competencies and character from an early stage:
“Opportunities like this are moments that must be utilized to the fullest. In addition to technical competencies, integrity, work ethics, and communication skills are also essential tools for success in the workplace.”
The next speech was delivered by Muhammad Rizky Akil, who then continued with a presentation on BRI’s profile and detailed information about the BRILiaN Internship Program – Frontliner, including application requirements, the selection process, and the benefits offered to interns.
Following the presentation, the event continued with a Walk-In Interview session targeting Unram alumni interested in joining the internship program. The interview process ran until 1:00 PM WITA and was enthusiastically participated in by the attendees.
Through this activity, Mataram University hopes to continue strengthening its collaboration with the industrial sector, particularly the banking industry, in preparing graduates who are ready to compete and contribute in the professional world.
