Mataram, August 25, 2025 – The Diploma III (D3) Accounting Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Mataram (FEB Unram), organized a Briefing and Send-Off Ceremony for the Impactful Internship Program on Monday, August 25, 2025, at the FEB Unram Graduate Hall.

The event was attended by the Head of the D3 Accounting Study Program and the Secretary of the Study Program, along with students who are set to participate in the internship program. In his remarks, the Head of the Study Program emphasized the importance of internships as a real learning platform where students can apply theoretical knowledge gained in the classroom to actual professional settings.

During the briefing, students received guidance on workplace ethics, technical competencies, and communication skills required throughout their internship. They were also encouraged to make meaningful contributions to their host institutions, ensuring their role goes beyond learning to creating positive impact for their partners.

The impactful internship program is part of FEB Unram’s commitment to supporting the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) initiative, providing students with greater opportunities to gain hands-on experience. Through this approach, D3 Accounting graduates are expected to develop competencies that align with the demands of business and industry.

This event also marked the official send-off for students who will be placed in various partner institutions and companies. Faculty members reminded the students to uphold the reputation of their alma mater, maintain discipline, and demonstrate integrity in every task they undertake.

Through this briefing and send-off, D3 Accounting FEB Unram aims to prepare its students to enter the workforce with professional skills, practical experience, and a strong sense of responsibility—enabling them to create a positive impact both personally and for society at large.
