DEAN FEB UNRAM INAUGURATES NEW MANAGEMENT OF THE STUDENT ORGANIZATION (ORMAWA) FOR 2024
Mataram, 7 January 2024 – The inauguration of the Student Organization of the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) at the University of Mataram (Unram) was successfully held in the Theater Room. This event is an important momentum in marking the start of new leadership within the FEB Unram student environment.
Dean of FEB Unram, Dr. Ihsan Ro’is, M.Si, immediately inaugurated the selected Student Organization (Ormawa) administrators. The inauguration procession was witnessed by the Deputy Dean for Student and Alumni Affairs, Dr. L. Edy Herman Mulyono, SE, MM, who was also present to provide support and direction to the new administrators.
The series of events began with the signing and handing over of certificates to the previous Ormawa management as a form of appreciation for their dedication and contribution during the previous management period. This action reflects FEB Unram’s appreciation for the active role of students in developing potential and advancing organizations at the faculty level.
In his speech, the Dean of FEB Unram, Dr. Ihsan Ro’is, M.Si, reminded the new Ormawa administrators to always carry out their duties and responsibilities with full dedication. He also expressed his hope that student organizations could become an effective forum for developing soft skills, leadership and student empowerment.
After the inauguration procession, the event closed with a group photo session between the Dean of FEB, Deputy Dean, and Ormawa administrators. This moment becomes a valuable memento, reflecting the spirit of togetherness and commitment to work together in carrying out the mandate of the organization.
It is hoped that the inauguration of the FEB Unram Student Organization will be a good start in producing quality, innovative and integrity leadership among students at the Faculty of Economics and Business. Congratulations to the new management, hopefully they can carry out their mandate well and make a positive contribution to the progress of FEB Unram.
