FACULTY OF ECONOMICS AND BUSINESS, UNIVERSITY OF MATARAM HOLDS CURRICULUM RECONSTRUCTION WORKSHOP BASED ON PERMEN 39/2025
Mataram, October 16, 2025 — The Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) of the University of Mataram successfully held a Curriculum Reconstruction Workshop Based on Ministerial Regulation (Permen) No. 39 of 2025 on Wednesday and Thursday, October 15–16, 2025, at the Main Meeting Room of FEB University of Mataram.
This workshop serves as a strategic initiative to align the faculty’s curriculum with Ministerial Regulation No. 39/2025 of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology concerning the implementation of study programs in higher education institutions. The event aimed to strengthen curriculum relevance to the needs of the workforce, scientific advancement, and global challenges in the digital era.
The workshop was officially opened by the Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Mataram, who emphasized the importance of curriculum reconstruction to ensure alignment with national education policies and the university’s vision of producing adaptive, competent, and character-driven graduates.
“Through this workshop, we aim to ensure that every study program within FEB Unram produces a curriculum relevant to industry needs, community development, and national progress,” the Dean remarked.
The event was attended by vice deans, heads and secretaries of study programs, lecturers, and curriculum development teams from all departments within FEB. It featured distinguished speakers from academia and higher education practitioners experienced in outcome-based education (OBE) and the Merdeka Belajar–Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) framework.
Throughout the two-day session, participants engaged in in-depth discussions, reviewing graduate learning outcomes (CPL), and designing updated curriculum structures that align with national higher education standards. The outcomes of this workshop are expected to serve as a guiding document for implementing the new curriculum across all programs within FEB University of Mataram.
By organizing this Curriculum Reconstruction Workshop Based on Permen 39/2025, the Faculty of Economics and Business reaffirms its commitment to continuously improving the quality of higher education and producing graduates ready to compete at both national and global levels.
