FACULTY OF ECONOMICS AND BUSINESS, UNIVERSITY OF MATARAM HOLDS INAUGURATION OF P3K LECTURERS AND STAFF
Mataram, October 3, 2025 — The Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) at Universitas Mataram held an official inauguration ceremony for government-appointed contract lecturers and educational staff (P3K) on Friday, October 3, 2025. The event took place solemnly at the M. Yusuf Abu Bakar Auditorium, Universitas Mataram.
The inauguration was directly led by the Rector of Universitas Mataram, who extended congratulations and expressed great hopes that the newly appointed lecturers and staff would contribute actively to improving the quality of education, research, and academic services within the university.
In his address, the Rector emphasized that the appointment of P3K personnel is an essential part of strengthening human resources in higher education. “We hope that all newly inaugurated lecturers and staff will serve with dedication, professionalism, and a collaborative spirit to realize Universitas Mataram’s vision of becoming an excellent, competitive, and character-driven university,” he said.
The ceremony was also attended by the university’s leadership board, deans and vice deans of FEB, heads of departments, and the entire academic community of FEB Universitas Mataram. Following the oath-taking and signing of the official minutes, the event concluded with a group photo session.
Through the inauguration of these P3K lecturers and staff, the Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Mataram aims to further enhance its academic and administrative performance, contributing positively to the advancement of higher education quality in West Nusa Tenggara and across Indonesia.
