FACULTY OF ECONOMICS AND BUSINESS, UNIVERSITY OF MATARAM HOLDS OPENING OF ITS 62ND DIES NATALIS AT THE FEB UNRAM FIELD
Mataram, October 17, 2025 — The Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB), University of Mataram, officially held the Opening Ceremony of its 62nd Anniversary Celebration on Friday, October 17, 2025, at the FEB Field, University of Mataram. The event marked the beginning of a month-long series of activities to commemorate FEB Unram’s long journey and dedication to advancing education in economics and business.
The ceremony was filled with joy and enthusiasm, attended by lecturers, education staff, students, and alumni of FEB Unram. The celebration began with a mass aerobic exercise, symbolizing unity, energy, and a healthy lifestyle among the academic community.
A highlight of the event was the symbolic balloon release by the Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Mataram, marking the official start of the 62nd Anniversary series. The act represented hope for FEB Unram to continue rising higher, expanding its impact, and contributing meaningfully to society.
In his remarks, the Dean of FEB University of Mataram expressed gratitude and appreciation to all members of the faculty who have played a part in its growth and success over more than six decades.
“This 62nd anniversary is not just a celebration of age but a moment to strengthen collaboration, enhance innovation, and nurture togetherness as we move toward a more excellent and competitive FEB Unram,” the Dean stated.
The opening ceremony serves as the prelude to a range of activities, including scientific seminars, academic competitions, community service programs, and the main celebration scheduled for the end of October 2025.
Through this event, the Faculty of Economics and Business reaffirms its commitment to continuous growth and innovation in education, research, and community engagement for the advancement of West Nusa Tenggara and Indonesia as a whole.
