Mataram, August 20, 2025 – The Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB), University of Mataram, in collaboration with Gadaiku, organized the Recruitment Appraisal Development Program Batch 1 – Walk-In Interview on Wednesday, August 20, 2025, at the FEB Main Senate Hall.

The event was officially opened by the Dean of FEB Unram, Dr. Ihsan Ro’is, S.T., M.Si. In his opening remarks, he expressed his appreciation for the synergy between FEB Unram and the industry, particularly Gadaiku, in creating a collaborative platform that provides real opportunities for students and graduates to enter the job market.

“Collaboration with the industry is essential to strengthen the link and match between universities and labor market demands. Through this program, FEB Unram students and alumni can sharpen their skills, gain direct experience in the recruitment process, and expand their professional networks,” said Dr. Ihsan Ro’is.

The program featured a walk-in interview session open to final-year students and alumni of FEB Unram. Participants had the opportunity to go through a direct recruitment process with Gadaiku’s recruitment team, designed to assess competencies, potential, and readiness to face the challenges of today’s job market.

With the successful implementation of the Recruitment Appraisal Development Program Batch 1, FEB Unram reaffirms its commitment to continuously supporting the career development of its students and alumni through strategic collaborations with industry partners.
