FEB Unram Holds Workshop on Preparing Self-Evaluation Documents
Mataram, 15 May 2024 – The Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Mataram (FEB Unram) held a Workshop on Preparing Self-Evaluation Documents on 15 May 2024. This activity is one of FEB Unram’s efforts to prepare applications for accreditation of study programs at the faculty.
The workshop, which was attended by FEB Unram education staff and lecturers, focused on preparing self-evaluation documents, which is an important component in the accreditation process. The Chair of the FEB Unram Study Program Management Unit (UPPS) led the workshop and provided a detailed explanation of the components required in the self-evaluation document.
In his presentation, the Chair of UPPS stated that self-evaluation documents must cover various important aspects that reflect the quality and performance of the study program. Several main components that must be included in a self-evaluation document include:
- Vision, Mission, Goals and Objectives of the Study Program: Explanation of the direction and objectives of the study program as well as the strategies implemented to achieve them.
- Civil Service, Leadership, Management Systems, and Quality Assurance: Description of the organizational structure, leadership, management system, and quality assurance efforts in the study program.
- Students and Graduates: Data and analysis regarding student profiles, learning outcomes and graduate performance.
- Human Resources: Information about the qualifications and competencies of lecturers and educational staff involved in the study program.
- Curriculum, Learning, and Academic Atmosphere: Description of the curriculum applied, learning methods, and the academic atmosphere that supports the teaching and learning process.
- Financing, Facilities and Infrastructure: Evaluation of financial resources, facilities and infrastructure that support academic activities.
- Research, Community Service, and Collaboration: Reports on research activities, community service, and collaboration carried out by the study program.
Workshop participants were given the opportunity to discuss and ask questions regarding the preparation of self-evaluation documents. With this workshop, it is hoped that all study programs at FEB Unram can prepare better and more comprehensive self-evaluation documents, so that the accreditation application process can run smoothly and obtain satisfactory results.
This workshop shows FEB Unram’s commitment to improving the quality of education and academic services, as well as ensuring that existing study programs have high standards in accordance with the established accreditation criteria.
