FEB Unram Holds Mendeley Software and Essay Writing Workshop to Enhance Scientific Writing Skills
Mataram, August 28, 2025 – The Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Mataram (FEB Unram), reaffirmed its commitment to academic excellence by organizing a Mendeley Software and Essay Writing Workshop for Scientific Writing. The event took place on Thursday, August 28, 2025, at the FEB Unram Theater Hall.
The program was officially opened by the Vice Dean I of FEB Unram, who highlighted the importance of mastering digital literacy and scientific writing skills to enable students to compete at both national and international levels.
This workshop featured two outstanding speakers, Mr. Lalu Andhika Noviawan, SE., M.Ak. and Mr. Abdurrahman, SE., MM., who shared their expertise on practical and inspiring topics. The sessions covered essential aspects of using Mendeley as a reference management tool for citations and bibliography, as well as effective techniques for writing scientific essays in a structured and academically sound manner.
The workshop was enthusiastically attended by FEB Unram students eager to improve their academic competencies. Participants not only gained theoretical insights but also engaged in hands-on practice, enabling them to apply their new skills in writing theses, articles, and other scientific works.
Through this initiative, FEB Unram hopes to equip its students with the ability to produce high-quality, original scientific papers and to strengthen their competitiveness in academic forums at the local, national, and international levels.
