FEB Unram Organizes Systematic Literature Review (SLR) Workshop to Enhance Postgraduate Research Quality

Mataram, June 20, 2025 — The Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Mataram (FEB Unram), continues to demonstrate its commitment to enhancing the research quality and academic productivity of its lecturers, particularly within the postgraduate program. As part of this commitment, FEB Unram held a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) Workshop from June 16 to 20, 2025, at the Master’s Classroom of FEB Unram.
The workshop was specifically designed for postgraduate faculty members, aiming to strengthen their competence in conducting systematic, comprehensive, and methodologically sound literature reviews based on internationally accepted standards. The session was led by Ade Paranata, S.E., M.Si., an experienced academic and practitioner in the field of research methodology and scientific publishing.
Throughout the five-day workshop, participants were introduced to in-depth materials on the SLR approach, including formulating research questions, constructing search strategies, screening and selecting relevant literature, conducting thematic analysis, and writing publishable SLR reports. The workshop also featured hands-on sessions utilizing various tools such as reference managers and data analysis software to support the accuracy and efficiency of the review process.
Beyond technical training, the workshop served as a platform for academic dialogue and research collaboration, encouraging interdisciplinary discussions and the development of relevant research topics that respond to contemporary challenges in economics and business.
Through this initiative, FEB Unram aspires to empower its postgraduate faculty to produce high-quality research that contributes significantly to academic advancement and offers real solutions to economic issues at both local and global levels.
