MBKM Student Briefing Batch VI Development Economics Feb Unram

Mataram, August 21, 2024 – The Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Mataram held a Student Briefing event MBKM (Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka) Batch VI for the Development Economics Study Program. This event was held on Monday, August 21, 2024, in the Main Meeting Room of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Mataram. This briefing was attended by the Head and Secretary of the Development Economics Undergraduate Department of the Faculty of Economics and Business, as well as several lecturers and speakers who are competent in the field of development economics. In her remarks, Mrs. Dr. Luluk Fadliyanti, M.Si. emphasized the importance of the MBKM program as an opportunity for students to expand their knowledge and skills through practical experiences outside the classroom. This event involved a series of workshop and discussion sessions designed to prepare students to face challenges in the world of work, as well as improve their understanding of development economics practices. The materials presented included policy analysis, project management, and communication and leadership skills. This briefing is expected to motivate students to take advantage of this MBKM opportunity optimally and improve their readiness to enter the world of work. In addition, MBKM Batch VI students are expected to be more prepared and confident in undergoing their programs and achieving success in the future. The event was closed with a group photo session and QA, where students could directly discuss with lecturers about various questions and challenges they face.
