Monitoring and Evaluation of Learning and Distribution of Teaching Tasks for the Undergraduate Program in Management, Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Mataram, Odd Semester, Academic Year 2025/2026

Mataram, August 8, 2025 — The Bachelor of Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Mataram (FEB Unram), held a Learning Monitoring and Evaluation (Monev) activity as well as a Teaching Assignment Distribution meeting for the Odd Semester of the 2025/2026 Academic Year. The event took place on Friday, August 8, 2025, at the Main Meeting Room of FEB Unram.

The event was attended by the Head and Secretary of the Management Department, along with all lecturers of the Bachelor of Management Study Program. This activity reflects the department’s ongoing commitment to ensuring a high-quality and effective learning process in accordance with established academic standards.

In his remarks, the Head of the Management Department emphasized that Monev is a vital reflective forum for reviewing the learning implementation of the previous semester and formulating strategic steps to improve the quality of teaching in the upcoming semester. The teaching assignment distribution was conducted transparently and proportionally, based on each lecturer’s area of expertise and workload distribution.

The collaborative and engaging discussion also addressed various challenges and opportunities in the learning process, including curriculum enhancement strategies, improving the quality of course syllabi (RPS), and optimizing technology to support an adaptive and innovative teaching environment.

Through this forum, the Bachelor of Management Study Program at FEB Unram is expected to continuously enhance academic governance and strengthen collaboration among lecturers in creating a conducive, competitive, and industry-relevant learning environment.
