Post-Ramadan 1447 H Halal Bihalal Strengthens Unity Among FEB Unram Academic Community

Mataram, March 30, 2026 — The Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Mataram (FEB Unram) held a Halal Bihalal gathering for its entire academic community on Monday, March 30, 2026, in front of Building A, FEB Unram. The event served as a post-Eid al-Fitr 1447 Hijri gathering to strengthen bonds and reinforce the values of togetherness within the campus environment.
The event began with the recitation of verses from the Holy Qur’an in a solemn atmosphere, followed by remarks from the Dean of FEB Unram, a short religious lecture (kultum), a mutual forgiveness session, and concluded with a communal breakfast served in a buffet style.

In his remarks, the Dean of FEB Unram expressed gratitude for the opportunity to gather once again in a spirit of togetherness after completing the holy month of Ramadan. He also extended congratulations to members of the FEB Unram academic community who have been granted the opportunity to perform the Hajj this year.
“We should be grateful for the opportunity to gather in this spirit of togetherness. I would also like to congratulate those who will be departing for Hajj. May you be granted ease, good health, and return as mabrur pilgrims,” he stated.
He also emphasized that Halal Bihalal serves as an important moment to seek forgiveness, strengthen brotherhood, and renew the spirit of unity in carrying out roles and responsibilities within the academic environment.

The event continued with a religious lecture delivered by Prof. Dr. H. Subhan Abdullah Acim, M.A., who highlighted the importance of maintaining relationships (silaturahmi) and sincerity in daily life. In his lecture, he encouraged all members of the academic community to use the Eid momentum as a starting point to improve relationships, purify the heart, and enhance the quality of worship and character.
“Eid al-Fitr is not only about returning to personal purity, but also about improving our relationships with others, maintaining bonds, and nurturing sincerity in everything we do,” he conveyed.

A warm and familial atmosphere was strongly felt during the mutual forgiveness session, where all members of the FEB Unram academic community—from the board of deans, lecturers, administrative staff, to students—greeted one another and strengthened their bonds in a spirit of togetherness.
The event concluded with a communal buffet breakfast in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, reflecting the strong sense of unity within FEB Unram.
Through this Halal Bihalal event, FEB Unram reaffirmed its commitment to fostering a harmonious, inclusive, and value-driven academic environment. This momentum is expected to strengthen collaboration and synergy among the academic community in supporting the advancement of Universitas Mataram as a leading and competitive university.
