FEB Unram Holds Magang berdampak Socialization to Strengthen Collaboration with Industry
Mataram, August 9, 2025 – The Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Mataram (FEB Unram), held the Sosialisasi Magang Berdampak (Impactful Internship Socialization) on Saturday, August 9, 2025, at the Multipurpose Hall of the FEB Unram Postgraduate Building. This event served as an important platform to strengthen collaboration between higher education institutions and the industry, particularly in supporting the implementation of internship programs that provide tangible benefits for both students and partner companies.
The event featured Prof. Embun Suryani, SE, M.Si., Ph.D., Vice Dean I for Academic Affairs of FEB Unram, as the keynote speaker. In her presentation, she emphasized that internships should not only fulfill academic requirements but also serve as a means to develop competencies, strengthen work ethics, and prepare graduates to be adaptive in the professional world.
The activity was attended by several FEB Unram internship partner companies from various industrial sectors, ranging from banking, hospitality, manufacturing, to technology-based enterprises. During the discussion session, the partners shared their experiences, needs, and expectations regarding student internship involvement.
The Sosialisasi Magang Berdampak also marked the initial step towards strengthening long-term partnership networks between FEB Unram and the business sector. In the future, this program is expected to improve the quality of graduates and make a positive contribution to regional and national development.

Sebagai bentuk apresiasi atas kinerja publikasi yang ditulis oleh dosen dan mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Unram, Pimpinan FEB pada tahun anggaran 2022 ini akan memberikan insentif bagi dosen maupun mahasiwa yang telah mempublikasikan karya tulisnya baik dalam bentuk artikel jurnal, buku, maupun tulisan populer pada surat kabar/majalah nasional. Program insentif ini berlaku untuk karya yang dipublikasikan pada periode antara bulan Desember 2021 sampai dengan Nopember 2022. Adapun batas waktu (deadline) pengisian formulir ini adalah tanggal 30 Nopember 2022.
