Mataram, July 15, 2025 — The Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Mataram (FEB Unram) conducted a working visit to the East Mataram Tax Office (KPP Pratama Mataram Timur) on Tuesday, July 15, 2025. The visit aimed to discuss the sustainability and development of the Tax Center at FEB Unram, while exploring potential strategic collaborations in the field of taxation.

The FEB Unram delegation included the Tax Center management team, the Head and Secretary of the Diploma in Taxation Program, several faculty members, and the Vice Dean for General Affairs and Finance.

The agenda began with a presentation by the FEB Unram team outlining the Tax Center’s current and upcoming work programs. These included tax literacy campaigns, volunteer training initiatives, and student involvement in community tax education.

An interactive discussion followed, in which the East Mataram Tax Office and FEB Unram explored collaborative opportunities to enhance the application of taxation practices within academic settings. The tax office expressed appreciation for the initiatives and reaffirmed their support for educational activities that aim to raise tax awareness and compliance in the broader community.

This visit holds significance as it reflects FEB Unram’s strong commitment to developing the Tax Center as a practical learning and service platform. Through this collaboration, students are expected to gain not only theoretical understanding but also hands-on experience in taxation practices, preparing them to contribute directly to the professional world.
