The D3 Accounting Study Program, FEB Unram, Implements Monitoring and Evaluation of Learning and Distribution of Teaching Tasks as a Strategic Step to Improve the Quality of the Curriculum and the Effectiveness of the Teaching and Learning Process.

Mataram, August 13, 2025 – The Diploma in Accounting Program, Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB), University of Mataram, conducted a Monitoring and Evaluation (Monev) of Learning and Teaching Assignment Distribution for the Odd Semester of the 2025/2026 Academic Year. The event, held at Building D of FEB Unram, served as an essential agenda to maintain academic quality, improve learning processes, and ensure the proportional distribution of teaching assignments in accordance with lecturers’ expertise.

The event was attended by the Head of the Diploma in Accounting Program, the Department Secretary, as well as all lecturers teaching within the program. All participants actively engaged in discussions and provided constructive feedback on the results of the previous semester’s learning evaluation, addressing challenges faced, achieved learning outcomes, and strategies for improvement to enhance teaching quality in the upcoming semester.

The Monev session served as an important academic reflection platform, allowing lecturers to reassess the alignment between the semester learning plan (RPS), teaching methods, and student competency achievements. Meanwhile, the teaching assignment distribution was carefully structured to ensure a balanced workload among lecturers and guarantee that each course is delivered by those with the right expertise.

Through this activity, the Diploma in Accounting Program of FEB Unram reaffirmed its commitment to supporting the faculty and university’s vision of producing professional, competent, and competitive graduates who can make meaningful contributions to the development of the accounting field, both locally and nationally.
