FEB Unram Holds ORMAWA Workshop to Increase the Effectiveness of Student Organizations

Mataram, 14 February 2025 – The Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) of the University of Mataram (Unram) successfully held a Student Organization Workshop (ORMAWA) which was attended by FEB Unram bureaucratic managers and all ORMAWA core administrators within the FEB Unram environment.
This activity aims to discuss various important aspects related to ORMAWA’s sustainability, including budget management, work programs, and increasing organizational effectiveness. In an interactive atmosphere, participants discussed and exchanged ideas to strengthen ORMAWA’s role as a forum for student development.
Vice Dean I FEB Unram, Embun Suryani, SE, M.Si., Ph.D. Giving a speech at this event, he expressed his appreciation for the active participation of all ORMAWA administrators in this workshop. He emphasized that synergy between the faculty and ORMAWA is very important in creating a dynamic and innovative academic environment.
“We hope that the results of this workshop can become a strong foundation for ORMAWA’s future development, as well as encourage students to be more active in working and contributing to the faculty and university,” she said.
This workshop is part of FEB Unram’s commitment to supporting the development of student organizations. Through this activity, it is hoped that ORMAWA can become more professional in carrying out its role and provide wider benefits for FEB Unram students.
This event ended with a question and answer session and the formulation of strategic steps that will be implemented in the future, to ensure the sustainability and effectiveness of ORMAWA’s work program. With this workshop, FEB Unram hopes that students can become more active in developing themselves and become agents of change in the academic environment and wider society.
