The event took place offline at the FEB Unram campus.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"554\" data-end=\"978\">This workshop was part of FEB Unram\u2019s continuous efforts to strengthen its quality culture and establish a structured and sustainable risk management system. The session featured expert speakers from the <strong data-start=\"758\" data-end=\"867\">Institute for Learning Development and Educational Quality Assurance (LPPMP) of the University of Mataram<\/strong>, who shared knowledge and practical insights on implementing risk management in higher education institutions.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"980\" data-end=\"1244\">In his opening remarks, <strong data-start=\"1004\" data-end=\"1054\">Dean of FEB Unram, Dr. Ihsan Ro\u2019is, ST., M.Si.<\/strong>, emphasized that strengthening risk management is a crucial component of academic governance, particularly to support accreditation processes, quality assurance, and program sustainability.<\/p>\n<blockquote data-start=\"1246\" data-end=\"1520\">\n<p data-start=\"1248\" data-end=\"1520\"><em data-start=\"1248\" data-end=\"1502\">&#8220;Risk management is not merely an administrative requirement but a strategic approach to navigating changes and challenges in higher education. We hope that each program manager will adopt these principles in their planning and operational activities,&#8221;<\/em> stated Dr. Ihsan.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p data-start=\"1522\" data-end=\"1796\">Participants engaged in active discussions and hands-on simulations on risk management documentation, guided directly by the LPPMP speakers.
