The meeting was held at The Gade Creative Lounge, FEB Unram.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"415\" data-end=\"762\">The event was attended by representatives from ITDC, the Vice Deans of FEB Unram, as well as faculty administrators and lecturers from the Accounting Department. This meeting marked an initial step toward establishing a strategic collaboration between academia and industry, particularly in the fields of accounting and tourism sector development.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"764\" data-end=\"973\">During the discussion, both parties explored various potential areas of collaboration, including student internship programs, joint research initiatives, and curriculum development aligned with industry needs.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"975\" data-end=\"1359\">The Accounting Department of FEB Unram expressed its commitment to expanding partnerships with strategic stakeholders to enhance graduate quality and provide students with practical experience. Meanwhile, ITDC welcomed the initiative as part of its effort to strengthen synergy between higher education institutions and industry in developing competent and work-ready human resources.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1361\" data-end=\"1570\">The meeting also served as a platform to strengthen communication and align industry expectations with academic processes, ensuring that graduates possess competencies relevant to current labor market demands.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1572\" data-end=\"1951\">Through this partnership exploration, the Accounting Department of FEB Unram reaffirmed its commitment to building sustainable collaborations with external partners.
