Jika draft jadwal perkuliahan disetujui oleh ketua jurusan maka sekretaris jurusan akan meminta kepada staf jurusan untuk mencetak ulang<\/li>\n<li>Sekretaris jurusan meminta kepada staf jurusan untuk memperbanyak draft jadwal perkuliahan yang telah divalidasi sementara oleh ketua jurusan untuk dibagikan kepada dosen-dosen dijurusan masing-masing untuk dirapatkan.<\/li>\n<li>Jika dosen berkeberatan dengan matakuliah yang diampunya maka akan dilakukan koordinasi untuk melakukan perubahan.
