On March 30, 2026, the Diploma III Accounting Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Mataram, organized a Workshop on Textbooks, Reference Books, and Practicum Modules at the Main Conference Room, 2nd Floor, Building A, Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Mataram. The event was attended by Mrs. Eni Indriani, S.E., M.A., Head of the Diploma III Accounting Study Program, along with lecturers from the Diploma III Accounting Study Program. The workshop also featured Mr. Drs. I Made Sujana, M.A. and Mr. Deni Hamdani, S.Pd., M.Pd. as guest speakers who delivered presentations and shared their expertise on the development of high-quality teaching materials.

The workshop was organized as an effort to enhance lecturers’ competencies in preparing textbooks, reference books, and practicum modules that align with learning needs, developments in knowledge and technology, and higher education quality standards. During the event, the speakers presented various important aspects of educational resource development, including writing techniques, content organization, material development, publication strategies, and the effective utilization of teaching materials in the learning process. Participants also took part in discussion sessions, question-and-answer activities, and experience-sharing sessions focusing on challenges and best practices in developing learning resources for students.

Through this workshop, lecturers gained a more comprehensive understanding of how to develop innovative and relevant teaching materials that support the achievement of intended learning outcomes. The activity is expected to encourage improvements in both the quantity and quality of textbooks, reference books, and practicum modules produced by the Diploma III Accounting Study Program. Ultimately, these resources will contribute to a more effective, structured, and outcome-oriented learning process that meets the needs of students and the demands of the professional world.
