MATARAM, August 26, 2026 – In a massive effort to strengthen the financial literacy and resilience of the younger generation in the digital era, the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) of Universitas Mataram, in synergy with the Indonesian Joint Funding Fintech Association (AFPI) and three leading fintech lending platforms—Indodana, Rupiah Cepat, and AdaKami—successfully organized a large-scale national educational event entitled “PINDAR Mengajar: Smart Managing, Wise Transacting”.

This strategic event, which received full support and was attended directly by the Head of the Financial Services Authority (OJK) of West Nusa Tenggara Province, Rudi Sulistio, and the Dean of FEB Universitas Mataram, Dr. Ihsan Rois, S.T., M.Si., was designed to provide students with a holistic understanding of utilizing the digital financial ecosystem safely, wisely, and productively. To present practical insights directly from the perspective of industry players, this educational lecture featured top executives of the fintech industry as main speakers, consisting of the Executive Director of AFPI, Yasmin Meili Sembiring; the Finance Director of AdaKami and General Treasurer of AFPI, Valentina Juvelin; the President Director of Indodana Fintech, Roni Wijaya; and the President Director of Rupiah Cepat, Baladina Siburian.

The dynamic and sharp panel discussion session was guided by FEB Unram academic, Nur Aida Arifatara, Ph.D., as the moderator, while the overall flow of the event was enthusiastically enlivened by the Master of Ceremony duo, Mujahidil Hakim (Uja) and Alya Salsabila (Caca). The enthusiasm of the hundreds of students in attendance was extraordinary from beginning to end, evidenced not only by their full participation in completing the pre-test and post-test evaluations to obtain an e-certificate and compete for a special jackpot from AFPI, but also through the courage of the participants who raised critical questions during the interactive rewarding discussion session.

The series of activities, which were full of educational value, culminated in the procession of presenting appreciation plaques to the speakers, represented by the Head of the Management Study Program of FEB Unram, Dr. Siti Aisyah Hidayati, S.E., M.Si. This symbolically reaffirmed the institution’s ongoing commitment to producing excellent graduates who are not only academically capable but also possess comprehensive intelligence in managing finances amidst the rapid dynamics of the global digital economy.
